Tips for Grilling Seafood

Prepare the grill for cooking seafood by applying vegetable oil to the grates with a grill brush. TIP: A great way to cook delicate fish is in a grilling basket. Alternatively, wrap and cook delicate fish in aluminum foil until done. 02 Brush a small amount of olive or vegetable oil on the outside of the seafood. 03 Adjust the grill for a medium (300-350° F) heat. 04 Place the seafood on the grill and cook.
