Jambalaya Recipe

Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 Tablespoon butte 1/2 pound smoked sausage 1/3 pound ham 1/4 pound spanish chorizo 1/4 cup celery 1 cup onion 1/2 cup red bell pepper 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup green bell pepper 2 bay leaves 2 jalapenos 3 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon kosher salt (see note) 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 3 ounces tomato paste OR 3 small tomatoes chopped 3 and 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 cup long grain rice 1 pound shrimp/prawns 1/2 cup parsley juice for 1/2 lemon ***Note, I used homemade chicken broth with no salt in it.
