Are you driving around with your cell phone switched on? There's nothing wrong with that, so long as you pull over to the side of the road when taking or making a call. That's one of the safer ways to use a mobile phone when you're out and about in the car; but other people have fallen for the 'hands-free' method as a way to talk and drive at the same time.
