Pasta Fazool
Jack continues his MOM IS GREAT SERIES with an italian classic. here is the recipe: Pasta Fazool 1 can of red kidney beans 1 can of tomato Puree 16 oz of elbow macaroni 1 lbs of ground pork or beef (optional) 1 Tablespoon of Oregano 1 Tablespoon of Basil leaf 2 heaping Tablespoons of garlic 2 teaspoons of salt 2 teaspoons of pepper 1 diced onion Directions: put kidney beans, puree in pot. rinse kidney bean can and pour in pot. fill puree can 4 times with water and put in pot (optional) brown your meat and throw in pot add oregano, basil, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Simmer flavors together for about 30-45 minutes. stir occasionally. boil macaroni until cooked. Serve together in a bowl. Salt as needed. Store mac
