Tomato Salad IS one of the things that define summertime. I have nothing but great memories of this said. That sounds pretty funny, but everybody has things in their life that defined times in their life. Tomato Salad is only good in the summertime when tomatoes are Native and bursting with flavor. My recipe is not really one. It is merely putting together of some ingredients. Everything just sings.
