Lobster Bisque

Requested by danno698299 Thanks Daniel for the request. Many apologies for all the recording mistakes. Ingredients: Lobster Tails (I used 20 ounces) 4 cups water 1 Tablespoon kosher salt or 1 teaspoon table salt or no salt if you use store bought chicken broth 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2 cups white wine 2 cups chicken stock 1/2 stick butter 1 cup chopped fennel 1/2 cup chopped shallots or onion 1 cup chopped tomato 2 Tablespoons brandy 1 Tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 sprig of thyme or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
